Since 2010, we’ve been rental property owners trying to maintain our Florida homes from New Hampshire. Over the years we struggled to find a property management company that ensured not only a great guest experience but timely care and concern, that we would give, if we lived closer.
In 2020 we retired, hung up the winter coats, and moved to Florida. It was time to take care of our homes the way we always wanted to. We created Villa Watch LLC as a way to offer a level of property management services we struggled to find.
